Phil has worked in the offshore sector since 1983, moving into senior management in 1989, worked in Dubai, UAE and St Petersburg, Russian Federation and has held board director roles for 19 years, 10 of which were as a divisional Managing Director for a major Plc.
Having worked with aquaculture equipment and technology for over 20 years, Chris has a wealth of experience in areas such as acoustics, subsea video and control systems. Chris started his career in his family firm C+H aquaculture ltd in 1994 and has held senior posts in companies such as Bennex and Aker Solutions.
Peter is an experienced electronics engineer and an entrepreneur. He has designed sonars for a wide variety of applications ranging from submarine collision avoidance to imaging sonars for ROV mine hunting. Recently he has been working on high definition pipeline inspection sonars for oil and gas companies.
Adam heads the diverse engineering team, enabling them to meet targets and complete project efficiently, within budget. He has nearly 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry working all over the world both onshore & offshore. Adam spends a lot of time out in the field making sure the operations were going to plan and are on target.
Colin has worked in the engineering sector for approximately seven years on a range of projects from test procedures and fault investigations for the current class of submarines being built at BAE Systems in Barrow to building and overmolding prototype sonar arrays and designing custom electronics and mechanical systems for umbilical deployed inspection equipment.
